Apple is the Best Global Brand of 2013

Main Point:

Apple Inc. becomes the best Global Brand of 2013. Google and Coca Cola are at 2nd and 3rd position respectively, as reported by marketing firm Interbrand.

Study Further:

Apple is this year’s best global brand and Coca Cola moved to the third position after about 13-years’ constant 1st position. Google took the second position this year.

This year technological companies took six of the top 10 brands. After Apple and Google, there are IBM (#4), Microsoft (#5), Samsung (#8) and Intel (#9).

Among the other top tech brands Facebook – only social media on the list – raised its brand value by about 43%. On the other hand, Yahoo and Blackberry fallen off this year’s list.

The total value of all 100 Best Global Brands is USD $1.5 trillion.
