Students’ current problems in educational setup and what we can do for them!

The word setup means to put into a specified state; tagging our educational scenario as a setup is not justifiable at all. It is basically some kind of ancestral and drags ’n drop system which is not only unreliable and is proved to be disastrous. We are just using word setup because we are still trying to solve British’s Jigsaw puzzle of Education scenario; what they left behind.

A healthy mind in a healthy body. How a body could be healthy without any physical activity?

How muscles could grow without any load? How the child will learn physical-mental coordination without sports?

These all questions will keep on arising when the child will be buried under a pile of books.

The ambitions and targets are not asked; these are imposed. Our minds are not allowed to fly free and think beyond the cage locked at the time of birth.

In our society status symbol is now so much incorporated or I must say diffused that every of our parent desires to tag Doctor’s or Engineer’s Father or Mother with their name but no one of them will allow their child to be painter, musician, barber. Why??? Because they know what their gathering or society will ask them.

The child enters the school with the imposed ambition and crushed in the juggle of minds which are completely juggled before they will leave the school. Their teachers will teach them how to gain marks not knowing that they are producing a crammer not a genius. If it is A for Apple it will be Apple, if it will be Ant you will be punished.

After schooling a crammer enters the world of college with still imposed burden on his shoulder and will again be running violently after marks. Mr. Chips; everybody knows who is he, but no one knows who made him and why.

Half of the race is over now, 90% of the fertile minds are now ploughed with the seeds of marks. The genius is thrown out of the race because he could not gain marks in the subjects he doesn’t feel he is comfortable in.

The whole lot of generation is shuffled, geniuses are crushed and crammers are achieving the top positions.

The whole system must be uprooted and a new plant of pure education must be seeded.

Where to Start Now???

1. Include Analytical and Memory boosters in schooling.

2. Stop treating school curriculum as a Sacred Cow, the first assault on child’s memory is Twinkle Twinkle Little Star without letting him know what the stars are.

3. This blind education continues for 12 years and by this time the young brain is completely brain washed and starts believing that everything written in a book is ultimate and already everything has been invented by a white man.

4. University education – There is no relationship between the Industry and the institution. I know professors teaching mathematics for ages but don’t even know why minus into minus is plus.
