ASUS has announced its Transformer Pad 300 Tablet
ASUS has started the shipment of its Transformer Pad 300 Tablet in U.S. on Sunday. However, the global availability of the tablet is still not reported.

This tablet has 10.1 inch screen, a quad-core Tegra 3 processor from Nvidia running at a clock speed of 1.2GHz and Google’s Android 4.0 operating system. It has a battery life of 10 hours, which can be extended to 15 hours with an additional battery feature in the $149 keyboard dock. In order to make the tablet a functional laptop the dock has a full keyboard along with a touch pad. The tablet has been provided with Android-specific buttons for easy access to tablet functions and is provided with USB 2.0 and SD card slots.
The tablet has 8MP camera with a large F/2.2 aperture for crystal clear photography. The tablet is available in three colors i.e. Blue, white and red.
Asus is among those companies, which ships the Android 4.0 tablets below $400. The price of the tablet started from US$379.99 for 32GB of storage and 1GB of RAM which is lower than the starting price of its predecessor i.e. Eee pad Transformer Prime. However, it has some new features such as GPS capabilities and the new OS is already installed.
