Droid Razr Maxx, a 4G Android Phone with a long battery life, by Motorola will be available on Verizon Wireless through January 26.
Razr Maxx has a huge 3300 mAh battery that has been suggested to sustain 21.5 hours of continuous talk time, 15 hours of native video playback, 10 hours of GPS navigation, and 6 hours of HD streaming.
This smartphone is 0.35 inches thick and has 1.2 GHz of dual-core processor, a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED screen with 540-by-960 resolution, 32GB of internal storage, an 8-megapixel camera with flash, a front-facing 1.3-megapixel camera for video chat, and 1080 pixel HD video recording. It is slightly heavier than Droid Razr and slightly fatter than that which was 0.28 inches thick.
This phone operates on Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread and hopefully will get Ice Cream Sandwich update in the year 2012.
The Droid Razr Maxx will retail $299 on 2-years contract with Verizon Wireless. Verizon Wireless covers more than 200 million people in 195 markets.
