Google and Lenovo’s new Chromebook

Lenovo Thinkpad Chromebook (Credit: Google)Lenovo, a Chinese multinational electronics company, has announced a Chrombook, i.e. ThinkPad X131e Chromebook.

This Chromebook is operating on Chrome OS with a strong and resilient design for the school environment. It has “a rubber bumper around the top cover, stronger corners, reinforced hinges and hinge brackets, and a high definition (HD) LED anti-glare screen”. It has 11.6’’ (1366×768) display and 3.9 lbs / 1.8 kg of weight. It has 16 GB of solid state drive, 2x USB 3.0 while 1x USB 2.0, 1x HDMI Port and 1x VGA Port. Continue reading

Lenovo introduces multi-touch screen table computer

Lenovo, Chinese computer manufacturer, has introduced a giant touchscreen Table PC with a 27 inch screen having 17.8 pounds of weight. It is called as IdeaCentre Horizon.

This computer can be used as an “interactive table” or as a conventional PC. This computer has been introduced by the company at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas on Sunday.
