Methods of non-pharmacological labor pain treatment

Aromatherapy is a form of mind-body therapy. It is considered as one of the most efficient methods to treat labor pain. It uses essential oils, and help in relaxing and balancing the mind and body. The methods of administration of essential oils may include inhalation, massage, baths, and oral administration.
