StarBiochem: An interactive platform for Protein learning and viewing

Proteins are complex natural compounds. It would be a sci-fi concept, if we think that some living things are living without proteins as these are essential to the structure and function of all living cells and viruses.

They usually have a high molecular weight and a globular or fibrous structure composed of amino acids linked by peptide bonds. However, to study the structure of the proteins is a highly complicated task in some cases. So the people usually learn about them.

Here, I have found a good source of learning about the proteins.

StarBiochem is an educational platform for the students of the biology department. Massachusetts Institute of Technology developed this platform. It has presented the proteins in an interactive 3-D environment so that the people or students who want to learn about the proteins can get help.
