Apple is not suing on the Samsung’s Galaxy S III Mini

Apple Inc. has selected to not to claim against one of the Samsung’s encroaching products i.e. Samsung Galaxy S III Mini as reported by Reuters. Android operated Galaxy S III Mini has a high-end Super AMOLED display.

Galaxy S III Mini has been launched by the company last month but was not included in the $1 billion lawsuit that went in favor of Apple. Apple revealed the agreement in a filing on Friday in U.S. District Court in San Jose, California.

Although the Apple has recently not disturbed the issue but it is in the Apple’s list of patent case against Samsung on account of its availability in the U.S. through Amazon.com. On the other hand, Samsung said that it is not “making, using, selling, offering to sell or importing the Galaxy S III Mini in the United States” and based on this statement, Apple reported that “the current withdrawal will not prejudice Apple’s ability later to accuse the Galaxy S III Mini if the factual circumstances change.”

Samsung began selling the Mini device in Europe in October.
