Early risers feel less overworked than late night workers

In a huge survey, conducted by social project management software provider Wrike on 1,915 U.S. respondents, it has been found that 87% of workers in a range of working organizations from business to freelancing are overworking on a regular basis.

This survey is interesting to show that “working late is not good for you” and early risers feel less overworked. Productivity is very much in the early morning and decreases as the day passes.

Interestingly, 42% of all the respondents said that they are satisfied with their work/life balance. Among the fully satisfied workers are the team members i.e. 50.8% of them are those team members who feel more satisfied with their work/life balance.

Among the “efficiency secrets”, the best is “Sense of responsibility” that results in increase in morale of 76.8% of workers.
